Lifeguard/Adventure Staff

IOC is looking for mature, team orientated lifeguards (currently hold ARC LG & CPR FPR) who have ropes training experience or would be willing to learn high/low ropes, IG's and team leadership training to help groups participate in our experiential education and equine programs.

Senior Lifeguard

Must hold current and vaild ARC or equivalent LG and CPR certs, and demonstrate superior LG skills. ARC waterfront managment certs desirable. Candidate should posess exellent customer service skills and willing to play an important role in our daily operations.

Snackbar Staff

Working under the direct supervision of the snackbar manager. Experience desireable but not essential. Must be outgoing, willing to learn and be good with customers. Full/part-time positions. Competitive pay, free pool membership.

Swimming Instructors

Experience essential. WSI and Lifegurad certification preferable, but not essential. Must hold CPR and First Aid. Competitive pay, free uniform, option to teach private lessons, free membership to the pool

Swimming Instructor Aide

Experience not essential, must be willing to learn and  have an interest in swimming skills and be good with children and willing to train for CPR & First Aid qualification.

Lifeguards

Must hold current and valid ARC or equivalent LG, CPR-FPR and First Aid Certs.Full/part-time positions available, competitve pay, free uniform, free in-house re-certifications and pool membership, performance related bonus.
